Sip and See

We flew to Amarillo over the weekend to attend a 'Sip and See' to help celebrate Carson's arrival. We had a great time and loved getting to see everyone - and I am glad that everyone got to meet Carson!

Lovie

Carson loves his new 'Lovie!'

He likes to pull it up and down over his face :) Who knew a little blanket with a bear on the end of it would be so entertaining!

Little Men

This is a picture of Carson with Jackson. Jackson is the grandson of some good family friends of ours. Jackson is just 9 days younger than Carson, just another confirmation of what a big boy Carson is going to be! I love how serious he looks in these photos, it makes me laugh :)

Born To Fly!

Carson went on his first airplane ride this weekend! It was a beautiful morning for flying and Carson did a great job! Soon after takeoff, the humming of the engines and the motion of the plane put him right to sleep - only waking up for the photos that mom and dad kept taking!

Drooling!!

When I saw this picture, I knew I needed to post it on the blog! I didn't know what to call it so I emailed my dad for help, he comes up with the best captions. When they all came back about drool......'Mom, have you got any dry shirts?' and 'Mom, can you take the ice cubes out of my mouth!', I had to do a double take at the picture. Sure enough, you can see where his shirt is wet from all the drool! Looks like those teeth will be here before we know it!

Just Another Day At The Office

We went to D&M to have lunch with Dad and Nanu today. Carson was a big hit and had a great time seeing all the new things!

Gowns

I just love these Gowns, unfortunately Carson will be out of them before I know it!

Making Friends

I just love this picture. Here is Carson with his friend Ally Echols. Ally, who is 3 1/2, is so great with Carson - I know they will grow up to be good friends!

What's Up Doc?

We just love Carson's Pediatrician, Dr. Eric Hopkins. He takes the time to sit and visit with us and goes over all of our questions and concerns, even if it is at a mile a minute! He talks so fast and this is coming from a fast talker myself! He always has a new joke for us.
The latest: What do you call a cow with no legs?.......Ground Beef! Pretty Funny Doc!

2 Month Check Up

Carson went to the Doctor today for his 2 month Check Up.
He tipped the scales at a whopping 14 lbs 15 oz and is 26 inches long!
He is in the 95 percentile for his height and weight, which I am sure you can tell by previous photos! He is a growing boy :)

The graph shows that if he stays in the 95% by the age of 25 he should reach his maximum height of 6 ft 3 in!! I love it!!
Watch out Daddy, Carson will be taller than you before we know it!

Funny Monkey

Carson just loves the Red monkey that we have hanging in his Pack N Play, in fact today he thought it was pretty funny when I made it dance around! :)

Captured!

I was finally able to capture Carson smiling on camera and I can't get enough of them! He smiles the most when he gets done eatting and is just sitting there looking around or talking to me.

Such a Big Boy!

This was Carson's second trip to a restaurant. The first time he slept though the whole experience, but this time he seemed to enjoy looking at all of his surroundings.
