Paper

Well, I found out that Carson is a fan of paper. Actually, of the Walmart ad, even though he knows his mom is a Super Target fanatic!!
While I was on the computer I could not keep Carson away from paper that James had on the floor, instead of moving them I was trying to refocus Carson on something else. It didn't matter what I showed him or where I put him, he made his way back to the stack of papers next to the desk. Needless to say, I picked up the papers and left only the one it was OK to eat! Now that this boy is army crawling (He is doing that first for you Michael) my life as I knew it is over!
It was hard to catch him in the act, because every time he sees the camera he frezzes and poses, I don't know where he gets that! :)

Big Boy Bath

Carson has defiantly outgrown the baby bathtub! I quickly learned that he is not quite ready for the big tub though. We have a transition tub on the way! It is an inflatable baby bath tub

that fits inside the tub. I have no idea what our parents did back in the day without all this cool stuff. They have the best things for babies these days....they think of everything! Thank goodness!

More Fun at the Park

Sitting Up

Carson has really started to sit up on his own quite well. He can't go from the ground to sitting by himself, but can hold this pose for a good while when you place him sitting on the ground. If he starts to fall over, he has gotten really good at anticipating it and placing his hands on the ground to stop himself. We've had a couple of head bumps, but nothing too bad YET!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

What a great day! We took the dogs and headed up to the park to enjoy this beautiful day. Carson knows how much his daddy likes chocolate chip cookies, so he got him this Cookie Cake for his birthday! As you can see, I think Casron shares in the love for the Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Bed Head

Now that Carson is getting more and more hair he gets bed head! I love it!
It is actullay hard to see it in these, but trust me....it's funny!

Aunt Molly, I hope you have a great birthday! I am sorry we couldn't celebrate together, but I wanted you to know that I am celebrating here in Texas.

Sippy Cup

I introduced Carson to the 'Sippy Cup' last night at dinner and was amazed at how fast he picked up the concept. I only had to show him one time where to grab it and the rest was history. The only thing we have to work on is tilting the cup upward to get the liquid to come out. He loves it!

7 months old today!!

It has been a big couple for days around here! Carson turned 7 months old today, his first tooth FINALLY started to cut through yesterday with another one close behind and last night he went to sleep at his normal bedtime, 6:00pm, woke around 9:30pm, had a bottle and then slept until 5:30am!! Hallelujah!!

Lunch with Dad

Carson and I went to the office to have lunch with James today, as you can tell.......Carson loves to see his Daddy and show off his new moves!

Floor Time

Carson loves floor time! In this picture we were getting ready for bed and were having one last roll on the floor. You can also tell from this picture that he is getting more and more used to having his picture taken, I think he is posing!

Carson and Friends

Dad and Chloe came over for a Sunday visit and Carson had more fun with the dogs. Everytime the three dogs started to play Carson would laugh and giggle. These still shots are of Carson Loving on Flea and then Chloe loving on Carson!
