Merry Christmas!!

What a Christmas! All 3 of us ended up at the Doctor's office on Christmas Eve, Carson and I with Bronchitis and James with Pneumonia. My mom and Dwain were down to celebrate and have helped out tremendously. Although, Christmas didn't go quite as planed this year, it was a Wonderful Christmas!!

Great Wolf Lodge

Debra and Lexi were in town this weekend to stay at 'The Great Wolf Lodge'. Carson had so much fun playing with Lexi and is was just great to see them all together. If you haven't been to that hotel, it is quite an experience and something to see. Carson was so worked up that when we got home he was bouncing off the walls and crashed in bed fast!

Back Seat Pilot

We went flying Sunday morning to Lancaster for breakfast. Carson had not flown since April, so I wondered how he was going to do. When we were headed back home, he was out like a light one minute into flight. I guess he still doesn't mind flying!

Pumpkin Patch

One of Carson's friends celebrated his second birthday at the Pumpkin Patch. Carson had a great time checking out all of the pumpkins. Only problem, I had forgotten his shoes! A party goer let us borrow her daughter's, size 7, zebra print goulashes with pink lining! Needless to say, walking was a bit tough for the little guy!

Gran and Grandad had a get together this weekend in honor of the new Patio project being complete. Lots of friends and family and great Cajun food!

Dancing Carson Video

Say Cheese

James has been wanting a new Camera for months now and those of you who know James know that he is more of an instant gratification kind of guy, so this has been pretty hard for him to wait and purchase. I have been so proud of him that he has been able to wait. After having family here over Labor day and seeing Molly's camera up close, it was now time for the Crossno family to move forward on a Camera. Man, was it worth the wait! Above are some of the photos that James took the other morning, just of Carson eating breakfast, who knew it could be such a Kodak moment! He is learning more and more about the camera and loves it.

Labor Day Weekend

Family was in town for the Labor Day weekend and the kids had a great time together. It was so much fun to watch them all interact with each other. Even though Lexi is the oldest, at 8, she was great with the two younger boys!

Happy 4th of July!

We celebrated 4th of July at a Tea Party at Southfork Ranch with Gran and Grandad. Carson supported a festive tattoo courtesy of Aunt Molly!

Finger Food

Everyday Carson is getting better and better about picking up his snack with his fingers and putting them into his mouth. At first, they all went on the floor, then he would rather feed me or the dogs, but today he realized that it was easier to pick them up with his mouth and skip the finger step all together! Pretty smart!

Push

A Friend of mine gave us the push toy that her kids used at Carson's age and man does he have the hang of it now!! He pushes it all around the house and entertains the neighbors when we walk up and down the sidewalk with it. Thanks Chase and Kennedy!

Swimming

Carson's First Birthday party was a hit, we all had such a great time. All of the kids were so good and everyone enjoyed taking turns swimming with Carson.

Carson is not a big fan of birthday cake yet, but being related to me means that it will defiantly come in time!
